Yoga Pilates Mat
Is this normal for after first time doing pilates?
Last night, for the fist time ever, i did about and hour of pilates, with a bit of yoga in the beginning, but it didn't work to well so i quickly switched to pilates after around 5 minutes. The only yoga i have done is on the wii fit 
Anyways, today after running in gym class and stuff my stomach feels very tight and a bit in pain when i walk or bend.
Is that normal?
Btw, i'm not the most athletic person you could find. I suck really. I think i might have pushed my limit, if that is even possible when doing pilates.
And if it matters it was on a thin sheet on the floor. My exersize mat is currenly out of comition. I need a new one.
Pilates often involves a lot of work with the abdominal muscles, so you probably just overdid slightly. But having a bit of pain isn't a bad thing: it means you worked your muscles and they are now repairing themselves and will get stronger. As long as the pain starts to lessen with a few days, don't worry.
