Are there any type of exercises that are fun to do?

Besides hula hooping and dancing that is.

Lots of exercises can be fun. Playing basketball, swimming, riding a bike, playing tag football or soccer can also be fun. An exercise does not have to be in a traditional sense in order to be considered exercise and it certainly can be fun.
I found that the old vhs or dvd tape of sweatin' to the oldies was fun because it was a dance routine that you can learn. Another idea is DDR (dance dance revolution). This is fun and you burn tons of calories.

She was, quite literally, the greatest cheerleader for Detroit rock 'n' roll. Julie Hecker, best known for her work with the Motor City Rah-Rahs and Punk Fitness sessions, died Wednesday evening of a suspected massive heart attack.
