i'm a ballerina so i can't really help on the ballroom but you are going to want split sole ballet shoes, and i prefer canvas because they let your feet breath and are gerneally more comfortable but you may have a different preferance. black leotard, pink tights! make sure they are strong bobbi pins, and a hair net wouldnt hurt, they aren't attractive but when you are doing variations and across the floor they save you. bring body spray, deodorant, toe tape and band aids, and pain reliever also. good luck, dance big

Physiology is the branch of biology that deals with the functions of living organisms and the parts of which they are made up but to make it easier, when I say "change your physiology" I just mean change how your body is acting. Change your slumped, unmotivated posture to a more certain, ready to conquer posture. Change your breathing from small and shallow, to large and deep, things like that. I want you to try something:

Think of how your body would look if you were in a depressed state. Think of how the muscles in your face would be, think of the position of your head, your arms, your legs, your entire body even down to your breathing. Do you have that picture in your head? If not, get it.. and when you do comes the next part.

Now, mirror that look, GO. Put your body in a state of depression. Allow your physiology to match that of someone who was completely and utterly depressed. If you've done this, you'll notice that your representation of the world just changed. In other words, you suddenly start to feel differently. You may even start to feel depressed! You see things differently. You may suddenly become unmotivated or want to stop reading this article. Now, SNAP OUT OF IT. Change your body structure. Take a couple deep breaths, stand up if you have to and put your body in a position of certainty. Act as if you were totally certain about something, how would you stand? What would the muscles in your face do? How would you look? Once you've mirrored that, the question now is, how do you feel? Different than when you were in the unmotivated posture right?

Now I want to ask you some questions. In that depressed state, do you think it was possible for you to have gotten really angry without changing the position of your body and breathing? If you want to answer that question and see for yourself, go for it but you will soon notice that it is impossible to get angry without changing your physiology. You'll have to at least change the muscles in your face, and definitely your body structure. Here's another one. Think of that state of certainty you were just in, in fact get there again, GO. Once you are in this peak state, where you are breathing good, you're standing or sitting up straight, you're attentive, and certain, try to feel, in your mind, the feeling of depression or lack of motivation. You will soon find that it is, as well, impossible to do that.

Here is the point. If you want to change the way you feel inside, you can do it instantaneously by simply changing the way you are positioned on the outside. If ever you feel yourself getting into an unmotivated state, create your position of certainty, you will instantly feel different on the inside. If you are feeling down or upset about something, create for yourself a position of happiness and joy. Work with yourself to establish those positions, and then through repetition, they will become muscle memory. This isn't just a quick exercise, this changes everything. You can use your physiology to your advantage everywhere you go. Important meetings, in conversation with someone, at home with your family, whatever. Just be conscious of the signals you are sending your brain when you are positioned a certain way, and gain cognizance of the signals you are sending other people with your posture. Explore the mind body relationship, really become involved in optimizing it and I can guarantee you, within the next month, you will notice measurable results in some pretty important aspects of your life. Don't believe me? Go try it!

Firstly, you seriously have too many cards. Let me tell u the basics of a good deck:
Include less than 5 high lvl monsters
Have trap n spells blaster like mobius n jinzo
Have high att lvl 3
Have monster blasters like ground mole
Have trap cards to stop oppnents attack EVERY turn.

Monsters like blue eyes are totally useless. They need 2 tributes, and one compulsory will send it back to your hand.
Don't bother about yor ojamas, i can clear it with vortex. No offence, but remove ALL your normal monsters....

As for effects, you have good ones like noble maneater and exiled force, this is good. Wall of illusion is not that flexible, use ground mole instead. Remove gearfried swordmaster, just think this way: you are losing, and all your hopes depend on your next card, and you drew swordsmaster, and have no release restraint whatsoever, your doomed.

Remove trap is kinda useless, use trap jammer instead. Mini monsters like p draw frog should be removed, keep proto machine king dat rox. I dont see the point in batterty man....

Advanced: 2/10

yes i bought the iron gym extreme and it easily supports 220 pounds. it doesnt damage your frame,just about 2 weeks after use it starts to leave a black smear on the frame,as well as the foam pads which are against the frame start to tear. i bought some pre-wrap as well as athletic tape,and put them both in layers around the foam. It worked fine but im sure i will have to replace the pre-wrap and tape every now and then. i probably shouldve done it from the start...
