When did you start to get the prego waddle walk?

I am 15 weeks today and I've noticed the last week or so I have started getting the prego waddle walk. Also was wondering if any of you pregnant women have gained 10lbs and your only in your 4month. I know they said not to worry about it at the doctors office but I was a chubbster before pregnancy and now I feel so fat. Is there some special diet to lose the fat now or keep from gaining much more?

I started getting my pregnant waddle walk around 5 months and don't worry about gaining weight but to help prevent some of the after pregnancy weight you can do light exercises while pregnant like brisk walking or so but always consult with your doctor before you start to exercise. But normally the doctor's will say it is ok to exercise while your pregnant just like it's safe to still have sex while pregnant also try choosing better choices in what you eat. And after the baby comes breastfeeding is a natural way to help lose some of that extra weight along with diet and exercise. Hope this was helpful!
