will the iron gym break my door?
im planning on buying a iron gym but i dont think my door frame can handle ir. my door frame is made out of wood and my house is pretty old....im 220 pounds.can my door handle it and does the iron gym really work?
yes i bought the iron gym extreme and it easily supports 220 pounds. it doesnt damage your frame,just about 2 weeks after use it starts to leave a black smear on the frame,as well as the foam pads which are against the frame start to tear. i bought some pre-wrap as well as athletic tape,and put them both in layers around the foam. It worked fine but im sure i will have to replace the pre-wrap and tape every now and then. i probably shouldve done it from the start...
