System Abs Toning
What's an ideal workout routine for me?
Well...I'm 18, 5'4", and around 125lbs. I have a treadmill and a decent weight training system in my basement. My ultimate goal is to have a tone, slim body for when I vacation to Argentina. This is in late July, so I have about 9 weeks or so before I leave. I've already started running 5-7mph for 45 minutes, and some resistance training. I guess the main things I'm trying to work on are the abs and butt. I might already be on the right path, but if any of you have further suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
Because we cannot spot reduce, training the whole body is the best way to lose fat from problem areas. Also good nutrition helps.
