I think not all certain diets work for everyone. Me personally, I work graveyard shifts so it's really hard to motivate myself in the day to work out. So what I do is when I'm not busy at work, I do exercises that work for me (crunches, sit ups, walk up and down a lot of stairs). So I try to do that 3 or 4 days out of the week for at least 30mins. I'm a real picky eater to, so it's really important to me to try to stay fit.
